My aim is to take psychological research out of its academic context and ‘repsychl’ it into a more accessible format.

I also carry out interviews on issues surrounding mental health. I want to reach as far and wide as possible so as to accumulate numerous diverse perspectives. I believe everyone has something to say, and something to learn, about mental health. Yet, it is a topic which remains widely ignored and suppressed at the detriment of psychological wellbeing. I think that one of the main ways this can be changed is through our open sharing of ideas, experiences and strategies.

On that note, I am open to hearing any ideas, suggestions or stories you find relevant – please message me or comment with your thoughts!
